We understand that life can be busy, unpredictable, and sometimes overwhelming. We also know that there may be times when you're simply not feeling up to attending your appointment or doing the therapeutic work that day. Because of this, we aim to keep our cancellation policy fair, flexible, and und
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours (or one business day's) notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting for support.
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice:
If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us beforehand, a fee of 50% of the appointment cost may apply.
We understand that emergencies, illness, family crises, and unexpected situations can arise. If something significant has occurred, please let us know. We will always aim to approach these situations with compassion and understanding.
When an appointment is reserved for you, that time is held exclusively for your care. Late cancellations often make it difficult to offer that appointment to another person seeking support. This policy helps us continue to provide accessible and timely care to all clients while maintaining a sustainable practice. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Please get in touch as soon as possible
