At The Joy Circle, our approach is simple.

We believe therapy works best when people feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely connected to their therapist.

We provide a warm, relaxed environment where you can be yourself.

We are honest, compassionate, direct, and supportive. We will challenge you when needed, celebrate your wins, and walk alongside you through the difficult moments.

Our goal is to help you build the life, relationships, and wellbeing you want for yourself and your family.

We are a team of Accredited Mental Health Social Workers, Social Workers, and Counsellors committed to providing evidence-based, person-centred support.

Sometimes you'll find us sitting on the floor with children, playing Uno, drawing, building with Lego, using sensory tools, practising mindfulness, walking outdoors, or even welcoming your dog into a session.

Therapy doesn't have to look one way.

We meet you where you are at.

Choosing a therapist can feel overwhelming. There are many qualified professionals out there, but finding the right fit matters. Therapy works best when you feel safe, comfortable, understood, and genuinely connected to the person sitting across from you.

At The Joy Circle, we do things a little differently.

We're professional, experienced, and evidence-based—but we're also warm, genuine, approachable, and friendly.

You won't find judgement here.

You won't be expected to have all the answers. And you won't be treated like just another appointment in the diary.

We Believe... Everyone deserves to feel safe, heard, accepted and understood. Healing happens through connection. Children do well when they can. Parents do their best with the tools they have. Families thrive when supported, not judged. No one should navigate life's challenges alone.
